Talking to the first episode of ICC’s 100% Cricket Podcast, Mithali said, “I am keeping my options open for now. I haven’t made any decision about it yet. There are few more months left for the women’s IPL to happen. It would be great to be a part of the first edition of the Women’s IPL.
For now the women’s IPL will be organized, BCCI had shown the matches of women’s IPL teams during the men’s IPL playoff. During this three teams took part. While talking about Shafali Verma, another Indian cricketer, Raj showered praises and said that she believes her.
“I have been a big fan of her game. I have seen that she’s one player who has the ability to win the game single-handedly for India against any attack and any team. She is one of those players that you get to see probably once in a generation,” she added.
